It was very tasty 🙂 thanks for the comment! The sauce: a cup of white wine (pinot grigio) a cup of milk (would use half and half or cream next time) a whole lemon – roasted on the grill, cut up, seeds & skin removed, and whisked in a stick of unsalted butter – whisked in a pad at a time salt & pepper to taste Reply
Thank you so much! I’m going to make this sauce. Not sure what to put it on (I’m vegetarian). But I like anything with a stick of butter in it! 🙂 Reply
tried the sauce. Not so good with asparagus. I think it would have been a better compliment to fish. Either that or am a lousy cook. Which very well may be the case. 🙂 Reply
I want some! Looks yummy. And, fresh from the grill too!
Oh, it was good 🙂
Uh, what is in that sauce–mmmm–looks so good.

I suggest asparagus 😉
Oh yeah–good idea. I’ve got the recipe written down. I’m gonna make it today.

Aww, bummer 🙁 I figured it’d go with it as well as a simple Hollandaise.
