      The sauce:

      • a cup of white wine (pinot grigio)
      • a cup of milk (would use half and half or cream next time)
      • a whole lemon – roasted on the grill, cut up, seeds & skin removed, and whisked in
      • a stick of unsalted butter – whisked in a pad at a time
      • salt & pepper to taste
