Inspired by a recent trip to Oola and their amazing ribs, I marinated these succulent cuts overnight and braised them in the dutch oven with some veggies (which, in turn, became a side of ragout). The result was delicious and the homemade cauliflower fritters were an excellent accompaniment.
That looks and sounds delicious! I may have to get those recipes from you. 🙂
